Processing Timeframe
All orders are printed and packed within one business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is packed and ready for courier collection.
We ship all orders via NZ Post overnight courier service. Most orders are delivered the next business days. However, there may be disruptions to certain regions. If your order is urgent, please check the latest delivery updates with NZ Post here.
Shipping Cost & Delivery Targets
Our shipping price is fixed, meaning no matter how big or small your order is, the cost will remain the same. Plus, if you spend $50 or more, we will even ship it for free (excluding rural addresses).

Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase! Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).
Change of Mind Returns
If you suffer from a severe case of “did I really need that?” syndrome, then our 14-day return policy is your friend. To qualify for this, the product must be unopened and still in its original condition. Shipping cost and clearance products are not refundable.
To initiate a change of mind return, please contact us and we will let you know our return address. The cost of return delivery is your responsibility. Once we received the goods, we will issue refund back to your card, minus the shipping cost. Once we received the goods, we will issue refund back to your card.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
Please contact us if the products you received are damaged, missing or incorrect. We will send you a replacement card if we have accidentally sent the wrong card, or the card you received is damaged.
