Delivery Targets

We cater to lazy people who leave things to the last minute. That’s why we dispatch all orders within 24 hours via NZ Post’s overnight courier service. All orders are shipped with a tracking number. This tracking number is sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched.

Our shipping price is fixed, meaning no matter how big or small your order is, the cost will remain the same. Plus, if you spend $30 or more, we will even ship it for free (excluding rural addresses).

Metro & Urban Deliveries

If you live on the North Island, you can expect to receive your orders the next working day! If you live on the South Island, whilst you might enjoy the stunning scenery, your delivery may take slightly longer by a day or two.

We currently do not ship beyond New Zealand. However, please reach out and we may be able to arrange something for you!

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).

Change of Mind Returns

If you suffer from a severe case of “did I really need that?” syndrome, then our 14-day return policy is your friend. To qualify for this, the product must be unopened and still in a mint condition. Shipping cost and clearance products are not refundable.

To initiate a change of mind return, please contact us and we will let you know our return address. The cost of return delivery is your responsibility. Once we received the goods, we will issue refund back to your card.

Damaged / Delayed / Lost Items

Please contact us if the products you received are not as described, damaged, or not up to your standards. We will send you a replacement card if we have accidentally sent the wrong card, or the card you received is damaged. We may require you to send the damaged products back to us at our cost for claiming purposes. We will let you know if this is the case.

To initiate a return, please contact us and we will let you know our return address, as well as supply you with a return shipping label. All you then have to do is to drop the goods of at any NZ Post store. Once we received the goods, we will issue refund back to your card.
